The Genesis Meeting secured a block of rooms at the Westin New York Grand Central hotel on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7, 2024 at our discounted group meeting rate of $499 per night (plus applicable taxes) with the $25 destination fee waived (fee will be removed during the final step of reserving your hotel room online via the hotel booking link). The deadline to book your room at the discounted rate is Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:

All individual rooms require a one night advance payment at time of booking secured by a major credit card. Individuals may cancel their reservation without penalty prior to November 7, 2024. All individual reservations are NON-CANCELABLE on and after November 7, 2024 and any cancelation, no show or early departure on or after November 7, 2024 will result in the forfeit of the individual’s advance deposit along with the remaining cost of the entire reservation which will be charged to the individual’s credit card on file.
